About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and execution of both multi-family and single-family residential construction projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to

the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in residential construction and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the Project Manager in managing all phases of residential construction, including rehabs, tenant turns, maintenance, and special projects.

· Inspect and review project sites to ensure work aligns with job scopes, timelines, and quality expectations.

· Perform hands-on tasks as necessary to support project delivery.

· Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

· Maintain strong communication and collaboration with contractors, team members, and clients.

· Promote and uphold safety standards and compliance on all job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Must be able to reliably commute to Fishers, IN and surrounding area(s)

· Experience in single-family and/or multi-family residential construction is required.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must successfully pass a background check.
