JOB TITLE – Senior Project Manager 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Project Manager will oversee both multi-family and single-family residential construction projects and Project Manager’s assigned to these projects. This position will assure quality, budget and schedule standards are met. This may include but is not limited to rehabs and tenant turns as well as maintenance and special projects.

• Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time      required to meet deadlines.
• Determine subcontractor requirements and      schedule/manage subcontractors. 
• Search for, interview and hire new subcontractors as      needed. 
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with      job scopes and quality standards.
• Continually communicate with customer base to assure      100% customer satisfaction. 
• Improve efficiencies and processes that assure      individual and company success. 
• Constantly search for ways to grow and improve amount of work received from existing and potential customer base.
• Oversee and manage a team of Project Manager’s and      Assistant Project Manager’s.
• Report to leadership all job schedules, subcontractor      or employee issues, and any other pertinent information that will assure success. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to commute/relocate: Fishers, IN: Reliably      commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) 
• Single Family and/or Multi Family construction      experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Background check (Required)

• Perform hands on work on projects. This may include but is not limited to rehabs and tenant turns as well as maintenance and special projects.
